Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your name, mobile phone number, preferred language, and timezone; the training intake you fill in (goals, training history, injuries you choose to share, where you train); your bookings and plan; and your training sessions themselves — audio for live translation, transcripts, and structured session summaries your coach uses to plan your training. Payment details are handled by our payment processor; we store only what is needed to show your balance and receipts.

How we use it

To run your sessions (live translation, rep counting, session history), to schedule and remind you about training, to bill for your plan, and to let your coach prepare — your coach sees your intake and session history. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Text messaging

We use your mobile number to send one-time sign-in passcodes, session reminders, post-session summaries, and booking reminders. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text-messaging service used to deliver these messages. Service providers

We rely on service providers to operate Treino — hosting and databases, live video infrastructure, SMS delivery, AI translation and summarization, and payment processing. They process data only to provide those services to us.

Retention and your choices

Session history is kept so you and your coach can track progress. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to close your account, by writing to daniel@rainyday.com — we answer from that address for any privacy question.

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced in the app.
